Freelance Marketing Manager (Full Time)

We need an experienced and vigorous Marketing Manager (Talent Acquisition direction) who will get the job done and enrich our team with knowledge, expertise, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the weekly process of generating 80% of our CVs at the top of the funnel (we will rely on this person to ensure all job postings on LinkedIn are live on time). This manager will have a team of 3 junior recruiters to assist with job postings;
• Manage paid job postings on Indeed and other global job boards;
• Set up new top-of-the-funnel channels (cold search, additional job platforms, etc.);
• Monitor source effectiveness and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills;
• Good marketing experience (especially in digital marketing; experience working with HR / product teams is a plus);
• Comfort with routine tasks (e.g., processing payments, submitting invoices, etc.);
• Ability to build and optimize processes using critical and systematic thinking;
• Leadership skills (you will oversee at least 3 junior recruiters);
• Strong analytical skills (to monitor conversion rates and suggest improvements to our top-of-the-funnel strategy).
