+ Achieve MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) targets for Australia, New Zealand, U.S. and Canada – Drive qualified lead volume through paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, increasing TOA Global’s visibility and conversion in all four markets.
+ Maximize ROI for all paid campaigns – Deliver improved ROI across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn through continuous optimization, including full-funnel LinkedIn campaign strategy across all ad formats, lead magnet development and creative testing in partnership with the design team.
+ Enhance visibility of paid campaign performance – Provide detailed, insight-led reporting to internal stakeholders across all paid channels, ensuring data is actioned to improve results.
+ Communicate insights to guide marketing strategy – Use performance data, SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) signals to advise internal teams on content themes, lead magnet topics and campaign messaging that will resonate with target audiences.
Responsibilities
+ Design and deliver performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, aligned to MQL targets for Australia, New Zealand, U.S. and Canada.
+ Optimize campaigns across all paid channels – including PPC, Display and the full suite of LinkedIn ad formats – to improve quality, cost-per-lead and conversion rates.
+ Ensure all ad campaigns are being delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
+ Apply SEO and AEO insights to inform content strategy, lead magnet topics and campaign messaging recommendations for the broader marketing team.
+ Analyze performance across all channels and produce clear, insight-led reports that drive decision-making for future campaigns.
+ Partner with the creative team to brief, test and refresh campaign assets as part of a structured optimization and testing cycle
+ Identify and recommend new channel opportunities and optimization strategies to grow lead volume and improve efficiency across all four markets

+ 3+ years Google Ads experience
+ 3+ years Meta Ads experience
+ 3+ years LinkedIn ads experience

+ 3+ years Google Search Console Experience
+ Basic Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript etc)
+ Strong SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) knowledge – able to apply search and AI-answer visibility principles to inform campaign targeting, content recommendations and lead magnet strategy
+ Experience using project management tools (Asana or similar)
+ Knowledge of SEO tools and keyword research techniques (SEMrush or Ahrefs)
+ Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads across all formats – including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads, Dynamic Ads and Lead Gen Forms – with a strong understanding of how each format serves different stages of the lead generation funnel
+ Creative collaboration – confident working with creative and design teams to brief, test and iterate on campaign assets as part of an ongoing optimisation cycle
