Sr. UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in sector-independent, fast-paced environments, has strong research and benchmarking skills, and can deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with both user needs and business goals.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end UX processes: from user research and competitor benchmarking to wireframing and prototyping
• Create intuitive and aesthetically compelling UI designs for mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and Marketing
• Translate product requirements into creative and functional design solutions
• Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within technology-based projects
• Proven experience working across sector-independent, multi-platform digital products
• Strong command of Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Excellent portfolio showcasing user-centric, scalable design solutions
• Solid understanding of user psychology, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first principles
• Comfortable with agile environments and fast iteration cycles
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
