What You'll Do
- You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and excited about their marketing campaigns. You’ll also be the internal quarterback, coordinating between our team of marketers, designers, and developers to make sure everything stays on track.
- Manage relationships with multiple clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on point.
- Proactively communicate with clients about campaign progress, results, and growth opportunities.
- Work with our internal team to coordinate resources, set priorities, and remove roadblocks.
- Identify and present opportunities to expand client accounts and drive more value for them.
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently—whether it’s a missed deadline, a shifting priority, or an unexpected challenge.
- Keep everything organized and efficient, using project management tools to track progress and maintain accountability.
What You Need
- Experienced Professional: This is not an entry-level role; we need someone with proven experience who excels in account management.
- Client Relationship Expert: Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Marketing-Savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and their impact on business growth.
- Strong Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Problem-Solver: Resourceful and able to think beyond "best practices" to find effective solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management tools, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
- Clear Communicator: Able to convey ideas effectively across emails, calls, and messaging platforms.

Salary & Perks

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
