Now, we’re looking for a Design Engineer who shares our passion for creativity, precision, and innovation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on translating big ideas into beautiful, functional products that meet the highest standards of design, quality, and durability.

What You’ll Do

Design & Model: Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for custom hospitality furniture, including casegoods and upholstered items.
Technical Expertise: Define materials, construction methods, and specifications (including electrical/LED integration) that meet project goals and compliance standards.
Review & Refine: Collaborate with drafting engineers, evaluate reports and samples, and ensure every product aligns with design intent and quality expectations.
Collaborate & Communicate: Serve as a technical partner for customers, project managers, and production teams—resolving design issues and guiding projects from start to finish.
On-Site Support: Visit customer sites (<10% travel) for measurements, model room reviews, installations, and troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks or similar CAD tools).
Experience in furniture design—hospitality or related environments preferred.

· Strong knowledge of materials: laminate, veneer, quartz, MDF, plywood, etc.

Great communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and clients.
A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics, durability, and manufacturability.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings.
