Marketing Manager

Creative & Campaigns

Remote (Europe) • Full-time • Start: April 2026

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on marketing manager who can move confidently between creative production and campaign execution — someone who turns ideas into polished, high-impact materials that drive engagement and growth.

You’ll be part of a lean, high-output marketing team alongside a Head of Marketing and a part-time marketer. This is an execution-heavy role where you own the work from concept to delivery — from designing compelling sales decks and producing video content, to managing campaigns and supporting our go-to-market efforts across 30+ countries.

Our focus is shifting toward growing existing customer relationships and enabling our sales and customer success teams, so you’ll play a central role in shaping how we communicate value, support product launches, and drive expansion across major automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Visual Production

  • Own end-to-end development of marketing assets: social media, landing pages, presentation decks, one-pagers, and event collateral.
  • Lead video content production including product demos, walkthroughs, and short-form marketing videos using tools like Synthesia, Canva, and editing software.
  • Build and maintain a standardised visual asset library with repeatable production workflows that reduce turnaround time.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and materials.
  • Continuously experiment with AI-driven creative tools as they emerge to increase content speed and quality.

Campaign & Channel Management

  • Own and execute the content calendar across digital channels, with a focus on LinkedIn (organic and paid).
  • Build and manage marketing email campaigns, lifecycle flows, and customer communications in HubSpot.
  • Optimise website performance and landing pages, including A/B testing of creative, copy, and forms.
  • Track and report on creative and campaign performance, using data to iterate and improve.

Customer Marketing & Enablement

  • Produce and maintain a sales collateral library including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and templates — mapped to funnel stages.
  • Create materials that support customer expansion and upsell campaigns in collaboration with Customer Success.
  • Support product and feature launches with tiered go-to-market assets across channels (product pages, emails, social, ads).
  • Develop customer-facing communications including newsletters, product updates, and lifecycle campaigns.

Field & Partner Marketing

  • Lead promotion and communication campaigns for trade events and partner launches.
  • Support co-marketing activities with OEM and integration partners.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

  • 3–5 years in a B2B SaaS marketing role with meaningful hands-on experience across both creative production and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong design proficiency (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and a genuine curiosity to experiment with emerging AI creative tools.
  • Video production and editing experience (short-form, product demos, social content).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for email campaigns, workflows, and CRM.
  • Highly organised, adaptable to change, and able to manage multiple workstreams without compromising quality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience running and optimising paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, media partners).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Basic web skills (HTML/CSS, WordPress, Elementor).
  • Familiarity with automotive, dealership, or aftersales industry.
