Mission:
Join a fast-growing startup at the intersection of tech, music and live events. As Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll own key paid media channels and play a hands-on role in shaping campaigns from brief to execution. You'll work closely with our brand team to deliver creative that resonates, while testing and scaling new performance opportunities to drive real impact.
The Gig:
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop and refine quarterly and campaign-level plans across social, programmatic and search channels to drive growth and hit ROAS targets.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the full ad ops workflow from audience targeting and creative specs to QA and tracking setup.
- Optimisation & Experimentation: Use data, tools and automation to test, learn and optimise across audiences, creatives, channels and bids.
- Media Planning & Forecasting: Leverage platform planners and third-party tools to model reach, size audiences and forecast performance and spend.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Translate insights from GA4, MixPanel, ad platforms and BI tools into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Activation: Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align messaging, assets and launch timelines for integrated co-marketing campaigns.
- Audience Segmentation & Retargeting: Build and manage retargeting and lifecycle segments using CDP tools to drive repeat engagement.
- Compliance & Best Practice: Stay across platform policies, privacy updates and industry shifts to keep our campaigns sharp and compliant.
What You Bring:
Proven Digital Marketing Experience
- You’ve spent some solid years in the game, building and scaling campaigns across social, search, and programmatic.
- Demonstrated understanding of how to scale what's working and when to pivot.
Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset
- Proficiency in data analytics, budget management and reporting tools.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on data insights.
Strong Communicator & Team Player
- Clearly articulate ideas, feedback and performance results
- Experience working closely with creative teams and cross-functional departments.
Platform & Tool Proficiency
- Experience navigating platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to technical challenges.
