Sr. Manager of Marketing - Performance Profile
The Sr. Manager of Marketing will drive and execute high-impact marketing initiatives inside a company that values experimentation, bold thinking, and measurable results. We’re looking for a high-performing operator who thrives on driving growth through data, leadership, and creativity, — and who’s hungry to make a real business impact. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you’ll be a key driver in aligning marketing initiatives with the company’s growth strategy, while managing the team’s performance, ensuring brand consistency, and driving measurable outcomes across campaigns.
Team Leadership & Project Execution
Ensure high-performance execution of marketing initiatives by leading a focused team, driving accountability, and optimizing operational workflows.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 direct reports, conducting weekly 1:1’s, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and growth plans are in place.
- Maintain on-time delivery rate for campaigns, events, sprints, and key marketing initiatives by implementing effective project management and sprint planning processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving day-to-day execution issues and removing blockers to keep timelines and output quality on track.
Campaign, Channel, and Event Execution
Own and optimize core marketing campaigns, channels and event experiences to drive qualified pipeline, brand awareness, and measurable ROI.
- Drive measurable results by owning and optimizing key marketing channels, including email, website, content marketing, organic and paid social, SEO, and events – aligned to product launches, timelines, and sales goals.
- Manage the strategy and execution of 30+ annual events including webinars, tradeshows, retreats, Titus Catalyst Experience trips, company-wide annual retreat Progress, and virtual sales events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, People & Learning, and Operations to ensure campaigns and events drive pipeline, deepen engagement, and strengthen brand presence.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance using key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, CPL, and engagement benchmarks.
Brand & Content Execution
Translate the brand strategy into consistent, high-performing content and creative execution across channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining brand integrity.
- Execute brand strategy through high-impact content calendars, asset production, and storytelling that drives engagement and supports campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints to strengthen recognition and trust.
- Partner with video, design, and external vendors to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
Marketing Operations Management
Lead marketing operations and management to ensure team execution, data accuracy, performance visibility, and scalable execution across channels.
- Optimize marketing operations by owning the full tech stack (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, GA4), ensuring accurate real-time reporting.
- Support clean CRM practices and attribution tracking to accurately measure funnel performance and marketing impact.
- Lead recurring marketing meetings/reviews, tracking KPIs against targets and clearly communicating results and insights to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
