About Title Barrier
Title Barrier is a proptech cybersecurity startup that helps homeowners detect unauthorized property listings — often the first sign of title fraud or seller impersonation. We monitor real estate platforms like Zillow, MLS, and FSBO sites to alert users before a transaction happens. Think of us as the digital alarm system for your property’s online presence.
We’re looking for a self-sufficient, experienced marketer to own all marketing efforts. You’ll be the first and only marketer, so you need to be equally comfortable writing content, sending email campaigns, optimizing funnels, and managing our CRM.

You’ll Succeed If You…
Have 3+ years of experience in a similar full-stack marketing role (startup experience is a big plus)
Can write clear, human, conversion-focused copy
Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Smartlead, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
Understand basic landing page structure and can work with developers or no-code tools
Are resourceful, independent, and results-oriented
Can work as a one-person marketing team
