Now, we need a Marketing Manager who can help us tell it louder, smarter, and with impact.
The Role
This is a role for a strategic doer. Someone who loves shaping brand and growth strategy but isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up.
You’ll own and deliver Tiro’s marketing strategy, combining the best of SaaS and B2B marketing (data, storytelling, automation, experimentation) with our purpose-driven mission.
You’ll plan and execute campaigns that speak to employers and learners, manage agencies and budgets, and ensure Tiro’s story cuts through the noise. You’ll align closely with our sales and delivery teams, using data to inform decisions, track results, and keep us growing fast.
Over time, you’ll help scale the marketing function, defining roles, processes, and systems that future-proof our growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the charge in making sure everyone knows who we are, what we stand for, and why apprenticeships in science and tech matter more than ever.
You’ll own our marketing strategy from top to bottom, bringing together creativity, data and purpose to tell stories that make people stop scrolling and start caring.
You’ll plan and run campaigns that speak directly to businesses and learners. You’ll find the magic in the numbers, using data and insight to guide every decision. You’ll get hands-on with content, socials, and email and work with agencies to deliver marketing that moves the needle.
You’ll use your SaaS-style smarts to build out journeys that nurture, convert and delight. And as we grow, you’ll shape how marketing grows too, designing the systems, processes, and playbooks that set us up for scale.
In short, you’ll be the voice of Tiro. Helping us show the world that great apprenticeships don’t just change careers, they change lives.
About You
You get it. You’ve worked in fast-paced, digital-first environments where things move quickly, and ideas matter.
You’ve come from SaaS, with strong B2B marketing, where DATA drives everything, TESTING is second nature, and STORYTELLING sells.
But now you want to use those skills for something that actually makes a difference.
You’ll love this role if you’re a BUILDER. Someone who likes starting with a blank page and creating something brilliant. You’re curious, confident, and not afraid to have an opinion. You thrive on autonomy but you’re also a great collaborator. Someone who brings people together around ideas.
You’re comfortable diving into reports one minute and crafting a killer campaign the next. You’re strategic, hands-on, and just as happy learning new tools as you are shaping the big picture.
Most of all, you care about people. The learners, the employers, and the team around you. Because at Tiro, marketing isn’t just about metrics. It’s about making an impact.

We're Tiro (pronounced ‘Tea-ro’ as in white, two sugars).
In Latin, it means novice, recruit, apprentice, beginner and soldier. The perfect name for a company that’s been helping fearless apprentices to join ambitious businesses since 2005.
