Job Overview

Tipple Works Co. is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and on-brand designs for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collaterals. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and help enhance the visual identity of our partner brands across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Design

• Develop high-quality graphics, animations, and layouts for Instagram, YouTube, and other On-ground and digital platforms.
• Design engaging brand identities, social media posts, stories, reels, and ad creatives that align with brand aesthetics.
• Work closely with the content team to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand assets.

Marketing & Brand Collaterals

• Design brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials for digital and print.
• Develop packaging and label designs for products, ensuring they align with the brand's premium positioning.
• Create emailers, website assets, and digital ads for marketing campaigns.

Creative Conceptualization & Trends

• Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Bring new design concepts, templates, and branding ideas to elevate marketing efforts.
• Assist in brainstorming creative strategies and campaign visuals with the marketing team.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to create cohesive content.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adapt and optimize designs based on performance insights and audience engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Experience in motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing social media and branding work is required.
