Role Overview

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who’s equally passionate about creating compelling visuals and impactful videos. You’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality creatives for social media, websites, ads, and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design brand visuals including logos, social media creatives, pitch decks, web assets, and print materials
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create engaging digital assets
• Develop design concepts, style guides, and campaign themes
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all materials

Video Editing:

• Edit reels, explainer videos, and brand stories for digital campaigns
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, effects, and animations when required
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable video formats
• Manage post-production workflows and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong design sense and understanding of color, typography, and layout
• Expertise in short-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Good storytelling ability and motion design knowledge
• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, and CapCut is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with international clients or agencies
• Knowledge of branding and marketing psychology
• Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, engagement, etc.)
