About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid digital growth for spiritual leaders, events, and digital offerings under Times Internet's Spiritual Services. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to maximize reach, lead generation, audience acquisition, and revenue.
Work Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Drive lead generation, event registrations, subscriptions, and audience growth for spiritual brands.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with creative, content, and social media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Build audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and performance marketing best practices.
Skills, Experience & Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and attribution models.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
- Experience with media, creator economy, or consumer digital brands is preferred.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Google and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work from the Noida office.
