Position Overview
Timeless Skin Care is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in ecommerce marketing within the beauty or CPG industries, demonstrating proficiency in tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and SMS marketing platforms.
In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer lifecycle programs. Your responsibilities will encompass managing email and SMS campaigns, coordinating promotional assets, updating ecommerce platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Promotional Campaign Management
- Create and optimize landing pages, product pages and blogs
- Coordinate and launch digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, website, and ecommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely creation of promotional asset and manage campaign timelines and asset readiness across multiple departments.
- QA marketing assets to ensure accuracy (links, content, formatting, brand tone).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Review Google Analytics and metrics and use them to evaluate and improve marketing performance.
- Contribute to brainstorm sessions around creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and seasonal pushes.
Website Optimization & Content Coordination
- Serve as the internal point person for coordinating website updates, content refreshes, and optimizations.
- Work with our digital agency to manage tasks such as SEO improvements, UX changes, promotional banners, and landing page builds.
- Assist in content planning for homepage, collection pages, and seasonal campaigns to align with brand priorities.
- Ensure that all updates reflect brand guidelines and are executed on schedule.
- Review website analytics (via GA4 or similar) to help identify friction points and opportunities for improved user experience and conversion.
- Make recommendations and implement changes to improve website efficiency and performance.
Ad Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external agency to develop and refine ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Help manage creative timelines, asset delivery, and versioning to support ongoing performance marketing efforts.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
- Assist in creative testing processes by tracking formats, messaging, and visual performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, CX, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.
- Maintain calendars, task trackers, and asset folders for team visibility.
- Act as a key point of contact to keep marketing projects on track and delivered on time.
Tools & Technical Expertise
- Manage scheduling and analytics tools to monitor email marketing, SMS, social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Maintain organized files and assets using Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Use Shopify to track product availability and link campaigns to e-commerce efforts.
- Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and marketing tactics with team members.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proficient in Shopify, Figma, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel. Adobe experience preferred (Photoshop, AI, Premiere).
- Strong knowledge of SMS/email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Postscript.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative and proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CPG (consumer packaged goods) and e-commerce
- Strong copywriting skills

- Knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
