Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing & Operations professional based in Mexico. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. We are informal and collegial (sometimes bordering on silly), but we do operate in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with attorneys and operations managers on the following:
- Leading marketing campaigns across media (video, text, audio)
- Producing marketing collateral and graphics
- Managing firm-owned social media channels
- Managing CRM workflows
- Supporting client onboarding (engagement letters, billing, etc.)
- The ideal candidate will be creative, highly organized, and comfortable working across teams and technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, design, communications, or related fields.
- Bilingual (English–Spanish), with fluent or near-fluent English.
- Comfort using tools such as Canva, Beehiiv, and CRM platforms (e.g., Clio Grow/Manage).
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio) for marketing, automation, and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Creative thinker with strong communication, project management, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across North American time zones.
Bonus:
- Experience in a professional services, law, or finance environment.
- Proficient in Webflow for website updates, content layout, and basic domain management.
- Understanding of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and performance-tracking dashboards.
- Interest in data-driven marketing, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards to measure campaign performance and improve engagement.
