The Opportunity

Within Aeroflow, the Corporate Marketing Team’s mission is to elevate the enterprise brand and build awareness of the value we offer beyond DME to our payor, provider, and other B2B audiences.

We are currently seeking a

Sr. Corporate Marketing & Content Coordinator (PT)

(15 hours per week, remote) to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in shaping our B2B presence through strategic content creation, campaign execution, and thought leadership initiatives.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally and across business units to develop B2B content and execute campaigns that drive leads and build brand awareness. Own and manage a multi-channel content/editorial calendar, leveraging SMEs and cross-functional partners to align on topics and content that push our strategy forward. Define KPIs and report on channel performance in partnership with Marketing leadership. Initiate A/B and other testing measures to optimize and evolve campaign approach and design. Manage and expand our social media presence, with a focus on

LinkedIn thought leadership and paid advertising campaigns

to position Aeroflow and our executives as preferred partners to health plans and other B2B stakeholders. Write and manage blog content on the corporate website. Manage and develop the payor-facing newsletter. Partner with internal SMEs and industry experts to develop and execute a monthly webinar series. Collaborate with Marketing leadership on best practices and innovations to improve marketing operations and campaign performance. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and internal policies. Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization Ability to manage projects from start to finish and problem solve or pivot as needed Strategic thinking with a growth mindset for continuous improvement Compelling copywriter and storyteller Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of communications and/or marketing experience. Expertise in Canva with a strong design portfolio. Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Intermediate knowledge of social media and paid advertising. Understanding of SEO requirements and best practices. Ability to utilize email marketing software and Google Analytics/GTM. Preferred Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a highly regarded program (preferred). Experience in the healthcare industry, especially DME. Knowledge of B2B marketing and its nuances. What we look for
