Essity is currently looking to add a Senior Sales And Marketing Controller to support our Health & Medical business unit. In this role you will be responsible for driving and ensuring successful financial management, analysis and support of all aspects of the US Inco business. This individual demonstrates a combination of strategic direction, business acumen and fosters collaborative relationships with sales leadership to promote financial management of optimal sales growth and profitability in support of the business. The successful candidate will need to work in our office located in Philadelphia on a hybrid basis. This will include three days in office and two days remotely. What You Will Do

Monitor the performance and deviations, analyze complete financials, initiate corrective actions and follows up Lead partner and advisor for sales director in the United States regarding P&L and other financial management Support analysis & development of customer programs Validation and approval of rebate/program accruals and validation and pay-out of rebates and programs Promotes the use of advanced analytics and capabilities/approaches to generate insights/intelligence and to drive data derive decision with greater effectiveness Partner with sales leadership and Marketing & Business development in price strategy and program management Drive and coordinate the monthly close, budget and forecast processes within the specific business Pro-actively monitor both internal and competitive pricing levels, identifying price issues at the early stage and providing recommended solutions Participate or lead special projects as needed Provide strong leadership and direction and act as mentor to team members Participate in cross business controlling network activities Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as MICR and legal regulations Who You Are BS/BA preferred (Finance, Marketing, Business) Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles Advanced Excel skills, proficient in SAP, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Power BI, Business Warehouse and AARO Business System is preferred Strong attention to detail and organization skills Proven problem solving and negotiating skills Frequent customer interaction with internal and external customers and requires strong presentation and interpersonal skills Travel: Ability to travel (10%).
