We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of OpenAsset. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to design intuitive, high-quality experiences that enhance how AEC firms manage their digital assets and win new business. You will be a key contributor to our product vision, ensuring that OpenAsset remains the go-to solution for the industry. Senior Product Designer Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience and impeccable visual design. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing via rapid prototyping and testing and learning to inform design decisions and validate solutions. Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand and user needs. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement user-centered design solutions. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across our platform. Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences. Advocate for best-in-class UX and design thinking across the company. Senior Product Designer Skills and Experience

7+ years of experience in UX/UI product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B software. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Comfortable with rapid prototyping, testing & learning. Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for creating elegant and effective design solutions.
