We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to focus on Marketing Funnel analytics. You will support a market-leading team with nuanced analysis, insights, and recommendations, helping to define, implement, and scale systems for long-term growth across the Marketing Organization. If you enjoy identifying patterns, making quick decisions, and are comfortable with being wrong, this role might be a great fit! Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional partners on product and business problems, becoming a trusted strategic advisor. Apply technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data presentation to develop business strategies. Develop hypotheses using analytical approaches, methodologies, and technical frameworks to test them. Identify and test opportunities to improve products and business, influencing roadmaps through insights and recommendations. Partner with teams to inform and execute strategic decisions. Measure success through forecasting and monitoring key product metrics to understand trends. Use data to shape product development, quantify opportunities, identify challenges, and ensure value delivery. What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields. Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation language (e.g., Python, R). Strong storytelling with data and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, R-Shiny, Looker). Experience applying statistical concepts (regressions, A/B tests, clustering, probability) to business problems. Proven impact through analytics projects influencing business strategy and performance. Ability to craft analysis into persuasive, well-written content. Compensation & Benefits
