Experience weaving compliance and regulatory needs (like BaFin) into the product delivery process.
Worked with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM) and know your way around containers and schedulers like Docker/gVisor, Kubernetes, or serverless.
A knack for automation to cut down on waste where it makes sense.
Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
