An instrumental member of the Digital Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally to craft strategic campaigns and winning content. If you are a creative digital storyteller, passionate about building large-scale social media plans and staying ahead of the curve, this role may be for you! What you'll be doing: Lead and coordinate the execution of social media campaigns from inception to completion. Develop and implement comprehensive multi-platform strategies, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations. Partner with our business teams to develop innovative ideas and direction appropriate to each channel and aligned to varying objectives. Build compelling content in alignment with business strategy. Provide input on project planning and execution. Coordinate content scheduling, community management, and day-to-day activities of the clients corporate social media accounts. nalyze social media metrics to optimize content and strategy, providing actionable insights to improve performance and reach. Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to advise strategic decisions and content creation. What we need to see: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience 8+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful organic social media campaigns Strong experience in leading social media channels and developing effective engagement strategies Strong analytical skills to closely monitor and optimize social media performance Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize performance Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in AI, gaming, or enterprise technology industries Proactive, hands-on and detail oriented, with experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, environment Self-motivated to work independently while multi-tasking, with outstanding planning and prioritization skills.
