Translate product functionalities and technical details into user benefits and value. Develop content to support the sales process and ensure clarity and consistency of messaging. Create materials such as product demos, PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, brochures, white papers, and videos. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging. Serve as the focal point and subject matter expert for product marketing content. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and showcase success stories using the CatchProbe platform. Manage onboarding processes, working with client and internal teams to train new customers. Support and coach clients on platform usage. Master the product offering and evaluate end-user needs. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G product marketing. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for marketing collateral. Deep understanding of customer needs and product positioning. Strategic thinking, prioritization, and independent execution skills. Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills and a positive mindset. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or related field. 3+ years in SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting. Strong customer-facing and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Experience in the OSINT domain. Results-driven, organized, with attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
