The function TRATON R&D Strategic Initiatives is being formed with the main task to drive the implementation of our strategic objectives defined to achieve our TRATON Group R&D strategy. We are now looking for candidates to be a part of our team.

• You have several years of professional experience (as project manager, consultant, product owner, business development / PMO, sales, finance or similar)
• Very good analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills, high sense of responsibility as well as the ability to handle complex tasks
• You have extensive experience working with leadership, project management or R&D within one of the TRATON brands
• Passion, persuasiveness and determination as well as the ability to motivate and inspire heterogeneous teams
• You have the ability to succeed in situations that are fast-changing and fast-paced
• The attitude of finding solutions rather than listing problems
• Languages: English is a must / German, Swedish, Portuguese and other languages a plus
• Flexible working hours with trust-based working hours
• Up to 80% working remotely as well as 20 days/year working from abroad in the EU
