We are looking for a highly-skilled and ambitious backend engineer with 5+ years of developing scalable platform solutions. You need to be super pumped about building AI native products to make immigration easy. You will own the platform end-to-end, partner with frontend engineers to deliver product features and scale our platform by 100x. Responsibilities

Work closely with the founding team and early customers to build a world-class AI-powered product. Architect, develop and maintain the server-side logic, databases, APIs, and other backend processes to meet application requirements. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements. Engage in the entire application lifecycle and hold high bar for coding, debugging, and deploying with an emphasis on high-quality, scalable code. Role Requirements

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment & wear multiple hats. 5+ years of backend development experience. Experience with developing products built on top of LLMs / ML. Proficient in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, containerization and scaling microservices. Experience in building products from zero to one. Ability to seek & find the right resources for solving open-ended problems. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Nice-to-haves

Experience working in a small startup environment (Seed or Series A). Experience working across the stack. Understand data lake / data warehouse. Understand Transformer / Attention / GPU inference. Experience with AWS, Supabase, LaunchDarkly & Betterstack.
