The Opportunity
Stanford Seed is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Assistant Director, Marketing & Communications to help amplify our mission and share the stories of entrepreneurs who are changing the world. This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. While proximity to Stanford's campus is a plus, we welcome remote applicants from all locations. Occasional international travel (1 - 3 times per year) is required.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and collaborate with Stanford stakeholders and global partners. You'll lead a variety of projects-from brand collateral creation to social media strategy-while building systems and processes that enable meaningful global impact.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $65,281 - $104,687 per annum for remote positions. The expected pay range for this position is $100,023 to $124,516 per annum for on-site/hybrid positions.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
