_Job Description

We are seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products. This role requires a strategic thinker who balances user needs with business goals, designing intuitive and engaging experiences. You’ll work across platforms and systems, leveraging research insights to drive design decisions while maintaining a long-term vision for scalability. Our client is open to remote candidates as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences that simplify complex features and workflows.
• Establish a systematic interaction design language across platforms.
• Drive the evolution of product experiences from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to inform and iterate on design solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX design experience for complex digital applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, and table design.
• Experience working in an Agile framework.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to create annotated wireframes.
• Self-starter with a user-focused, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Deep understanding of visual design principles, user-centered design, and brand development.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for advocating user needs throughout the design process.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and UX research methodologies.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing UX design work (link required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for both home office and financial planners.
• Knowledge of MVP design strategies with scalability in mind.
