By joining Tidio as the first Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll have a unique opportunity to build the product marketing function from the ground up. You’ll shape the way we communicate value to our users, boost engagement across the customer journey, and enhance Tidio’s position as one of the world's leading AI customer service solutions.
Working alongside our CEO, you'll play a key role in defining our voice, amplifying our product story, and turning insights into scalable growth. As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Discover lucrative growth channels for Tidio, build and maintain consistent product communication across multiple touchpoints.
- Lead product communication across social media channels, including taking over the CEO’s LinkedIn profile as a strategic product voice.
- Coordinate product releases — ensuring smooth, on-time, high-impact launches.
- Craft compelling product updates that resonate with our users and drive engagement.
- Create and promote case studies that highlight customer success driven by our product’s value.
- Own and evolve our product newsletter and AI newsletter strategy.
- Manage ads, including video ads, in collaboration with marketing colleagues and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaigns.
- Drive ad hoc initiatives that position Tidio as a thought leader in the industry.
- Report directly to the CEO, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer experience teams.
You are the perfect fit if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing within B2B start-ups, including experience in building the function from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of product communication and how to effectively craft compelling product content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives business growth.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions, track performance, and optimize results.
- Ability to adapt and pivot as needed - feeling comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on, results-driven approach with the growth-hacking mindset.
- Advanced level of English - B2/C1.
