Marketing Manager

TickX is a leading SaaS provider for the experience economy, trusted by attractions, theatre producers, and experience organizers worldwide. We’re seeking a driven, execution-focused Marketing Manager who's eager to own and drive marketing initiatives end-to-end.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you'll work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams, to execute impactful campaigns, create strategic content, and proactively seize opportunities to impact growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns designed to capture demand, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline.
- Create compelling, high-quality content across blogs, website copy, client success stories, presentations, sales collateral, and other materials.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities such as email marketing, social media management, paid advertising, webinars, and industry events.
- Serve as a proactive partner to Sales and Product teams, ensuring messaging consistency and effectively positioning TickX’s solutions.
- Own campaign performance analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and clearly communicate results.
- Uphold brand consistency and maintain excellence across all marketing channels and customer interactions.
- Actively monitor, analyse, and communicate industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities relevant to the live entertainment, attractions, and experience economy.
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment (SaaS, technology, or related industries preferred).
- Proven track record of independently executing and optimizing successful marketing campaigns from conception through to completion.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions, improve performance, and clearly communicate outcomes.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and agile environment.
- Enthusiasm or prior experience in live entertainment, attractions, or immersive experiences is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot), email marketing software, and creative tools (Adobe Suite) is beneficial.
