This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities
1.Conduct market segmentation, competitor analysis, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
2.Manage key accounts, maintain distributor relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand sales channels.
3.Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with company objectives to achieve targets.
4.Identify potential risks in orders, take preventive actions, and ensure timely payment recovery.
5.Place and track orders to guarantee on-time, high-quality product delivery to customers.
6.Support exhibition planning and organize customer training sessions, meetings, and product launches.
Qualifications
1.Education Background:Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or related engineering fields.
2.Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
3.Strong ability to quickly learn and understand business needs.
4.Excellent market analysis, marketing, and promotion skills.
5.Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6.Ability to independently develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
