Graphic Designer

Role Description

The Graphic Designer will create and manage concepts that promote Tibiaan’s products & services to attract customers through various channels and platforms, to strengthen the company’s presence in the market and increase the sales revenues.

Responsibilities

1. Content development: To come up with creative and interactive productions of all our concepts and visuals.

2. Using graphical designing skills and bilingual effective captions to create attractive posts in the company’s social media accounts and other platforms.

3. Designing creative profiles/leaflets.

4. Promoting the listed properties through various channels such as the company's professional channels and portals, social media accounts, specialized pages & accounts, newspaper and magazines.

5. Manage paid Featured Ads in any classified portals and make best utilization of the credits/numbers …etc.

6. Make sure all photos, descriptions, and contents are in high quality.

7. Conduct site visits when needed to take quality photos of the properties.

8. Negotiate on behalf of the company and get the best rates and effective service of all marketing tools, such as; banners, paid ads, media buying, boosted posts …etc.

9. Handle online digital marketing & graphic design of the sales & property management departments specifically and the corporate image of Tibiaan generally through various online and offline platforms.

Requirements

1. Designing, photography, videography skills.

2. Ability to manage social media platforms.

3. Holder of a College Diploma / Degree.

4. Proficient in the following programs: Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.

5. Proficiency in Arabic & English with excellent Illustrative & Information Technology skills.

6. Several years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably within a related industry.

7. Effective communication and client relation skills at all levels with analytical and problem solving abilities.
