We’re hiring: Senior Product Manager – HPC Applications & Solvers -
Industry : DeepTech | AI Infrastructure | CAE / HPC
Location : Remote in Europe
I’m currently partnering with a well-funded, next-generation deep-tech company building cutting-edge HPC and AI infrastructure designed for a world where brute-force compute is reaching its limits.
Their technology delivers significant gains in performance and efficiency, and they’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to turn that into real-world engineering impact.
Why this role matters
This is a high-impact, build-from-zero product role at a critical stage of growth.
The technology is strong. What’s needed now is someone who can translate it into market-fit products, identify where it wins, and drive a clear product and go-to-market strategy.
This is not a passive product role. It’s about ownership, direction, and execution.
What you’ll be doing
- Work directly with customers to understand engineering workflows and pain points
- Translate real-world use cases into product roadmap and strategy
- Define how the platform integrates across the CAE / HPC stack (meshing, solvers, orchestration, post-processing)
- Drive development of solver capabilities, especially FEM / FEA, into production-ready products
- Identify market gaps and commercial opportunities across HPC / CAE
- Lead decisions around build vs partner vs ecosystem
- Shape benchmarking, positioning, and technical narrative
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in CAE / HPC for engineering design
- Solid grounding in FEM / FEA (must-have), with broader HPC/CAE understanding
- Experience across tools like Ansys, Siemens, Dassault, Altair, etc.
- Ability to bridge deep technical knowledge with product strategy
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across technical and commercial teams
- Experience working with customers and driving product decisions from real-world needs
- Product, applications, or domain leaders from CAE software companies, HPC vendors, or engineering-led organisations
- Experience with solver development or productization
- Exposure to industries like aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or energy
Why consider this
- Opportunity to shape a category-defining product from the ground up
- High ownership, autonomy, and strategic influence
- Work on next-generation compute infrastructure with real industry impact
Salary: £120k–£130k + equity
