About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for our Global Amazon and US Walmart ecommerce business. This role will own ecommerce budgets, partner closely with agency teams, and drive profitable growth through retail media, digital shelf excellence, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Financial Ownership

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce growth strategy for Amazon (1P Vendor Central & 3P Seller Central in the US and UK), Walmart.com, and other omnichannel retailers as needed
  • Define long-term growth plans, annual goals, and KPIs for the ecommerce channel
  • Provide insights and reporting to leadership using data platforms and ecommerce analytics tools
  • Evaluate portfolio mix, profitability, and margin enhancement opportunities across the ecommerce channel
  • Own ecommerce budgets across trade, retail media, and promotional investments, ensuring ROI-driven decision making
  • Lead the Amazon vendor relationship, including preparation for and participation in Annual Vendor Negotiations

Media & Promotions

  • Oversee ecommerce agencies to plan and execute media strategy, deal events, and performance optimization
  • Provide promotional planning and analysis support including recommendations, inventory management, tracking and reporting during and post promotion
  • Integrate eCommerce media with upper-funnel brand media to ensure consistent consumer experience throughout the funnel

Digital Shelf & Product Launches

  • Oversee digital shelf syndication/accuracy and content development, ensuring best-in-class merchandising, SEO, and conversion
  • Support new product launches and seasonal activations across ecommerce platforms
  • Develop ongoing test & learn plan for content and eCommerce media assets, overseeing agency in executing optimizations

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • In partnership with supply chain and finance, optimize day-to-day operations and forecasting for the Amazon business ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment
  • Support supply chain initiatives including chargebacks and shortages disputes and root causing, order processing and fulfillment issue resolution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ecommerce marketing, account management, or digital commerce experience, ideally within CPG.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced small team, willing to tackle ambiguity, define process and routinely shift between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Direct experience managing Amazon 1P Vendor Central business and 3P Seller Central business.
  • Familiarity with Walmart Media Connect and other Retail Media Networks strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with external ecommerce agencies and leading execution through partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy.
  • Financial acumen including forecasting, trade investment, and budget ownership.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Work Environment

  • This is a full-time, 100% remote role with occasional travel required for key customer, agency, or internal meetings.
  • Requires a dedicated work area.
  • Preference for Eastern or Central Time Zones
