We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead email and SMS campaigns, build automated customer journeys, and drive growth through data-driven strategy and compelling copy.
Role Description
- Develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel email and SMS strategies that align with business and client objective
- Build automated flows for lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, upsell, and retention
- Own campaign calendar creation and coordination, ensuring timely and relevant messaging
- Write high-converting, on-brand email and SMS copy that resonates with segmented audiences
- Perform A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative, CTAs, and send time optimization
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align messaging and creative assets
- Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, purchase history, and demographic data
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) and make data-informed optimizations
- Stay current on deliverability best practices, compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM), and platform updates
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing, preferably in a B2C or DTC environment
- Deep knowledge of email/SMS platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
- Strong copywriting skills and an ability to write clear, concise, and compelling lifecycle messaging
- Experience building complex automations and journeys using behavioral and transactional triggers Ability to develop and execute segmentation strategies based on first-party data and customer behavior
- Data fluency and comfort using dashboards, spreadsheets, or tools like Looker or Google Analytics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments and stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset with a strong grasp of metrics like CLTV, churn, and cohort retention
