Web Designer | Remote & Nightshift

Responsibilities:

• Website design and development from concept through final launch.
• Optimize website performance (load time, mobile responsiveness, accessibility).
• Stay up to date with web design trends, plugins, and industry best practices.
• Maintain strict timelines and budgets.
• Clear and responsive communication.
• Maintain websites, perform routine updates, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ability to set up hosting and handle website migrations as needed.
• Ability to think strategically for client’s needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with others.

Qualifications:

• With at least 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in web design/development
• Minimum 2 years working with a US agency
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop for creating and designing
• Expert in WordPress CMS, proficient with other platforms such as Webflow,
• Shopify, Squarespace, etc.
• Familiar with Wordpress builders such as Divi, Elementor, WP Bakery
• Expert with WooCommerce or eCommerce platforms.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• A strong eye for design and graphic elements and editing photos for websites.
• Familiar with basic SEO principles.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or website heat mapping tools.
• Proficient with DNS management.
• Speaks English fluently.
• Must provide portfolio or link to previous projects.
