30A Seascapes is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the full spectrum of marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising. This role will focus on driving bookings, strengthening brand awareness, and keeping 30A Seascapes at the forefront of the vacation rental market. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in digital marketing, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate.
  • Proven track record in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with measurable growth in followers and engagement.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot) to create campaigns, segment audiences, and track performance.
  • Working knowledge of website management and CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) — ability to update listings, optimize for SEO, and keep site content fresh.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO tools to monitor traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
  • Strong content creation skills — writing compelling copy, creating posts, and coordinating photos/videos (bonus if skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an eye for brand consistency and detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
  • Comfortable analyzing marketing reports and making data-driven adjustments.
