Key Responsibilities:
Maximize revenue growth, profitability, and brand value: Drive sales, improve brand visibility and enhance customer acquisition, engagement and experience.
Revenue Strategy & Optimization:
- Develop revenue growth strategies and KPI’s across all e-commerce channels. (Retail and wholesale)
- Create, manage and implement marketing calendar and promotional campaigns to drive revenue.
PPC Advertising Management:
- Manage advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Develop ad strategies to improve revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Produce or coordinate production of high-quality ad content (videos, graphics, copy).
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze sales data, website performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
- Produce regular reports to identify revenue drivers and areas of improvement.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create and edit engaging images, videos, and graphics for social media, ads, website, and email marketing. (Content provided by real brides and influencers)
Social Media Management & Engagement:
- Post content across social media platforms (with PBLaunch handling most heavy lifting).
- Respond to and engage with social media messaging, comments, and DMs.
- Develop strategies to grow audience and improve engagement rates.
Website & Shopify Management:
- Maintain and optimize the Shopify website for improved user experience and conversion rates.
- Implement changes based on data insights to enhance user experience and boost sales.
Email Marketing:
- Create, schedule, and send engaging email newsletters to customer segments.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
Influencer Outreach & Partnerships:
- Identify, reach out to, and coordinate collaborations with influencers for gifting and some paid campaigns.
- Follow up to obtain content created by influencers and leverage it effectively.
SEO & Organic Growth:
- Implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve revenue.
- Continuously monitor and improve keyword rankings and search performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular performance reports across all channels
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years e-commerce marketing experience
- Experience with foreign brands, particularly fashion brands.
- Experience with E-commerce brands using shopify.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Tiktok and Instagram.
