The role
We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our growing design team and help shape the future of personalised learning experiences. You'll focus on growing your craft while starting to own feature areas within our platform, working closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive, engaging experiences that adapt to each learner's unique needs and make learning feel effortless and enjoyable.
This role is perfect for a designer ready to take the next step in their career - moving from executing designs to influencing product direction and taking ownership of user experiences across key platform features.
What you'll do
Design & craft

- Create user-centered designs: Design intuitive interfaces for our LXP, focusing on learner engagement, administrator efficiency, and mobile-first experiences
- Build within our design system: Contribute to and extend our design system, ensuring consistency across our platform while knowing when to push boundaries
- Prototype and iterate: Create high-fidelity prototypes that bring ideas to life and help teams make informed product decisions
- Design for AI: Work on our AI assistant "Kiki" and AI-powered personalisation features that make learning more relevant and engaging
Collaboration & impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Influence product strategy: Contribute to feature planning and roadmap discussions with your design expertise and user insights
- Support user research: Collaborate with our customer success teams to understand learner behaviours, pain points, and opportunities
- Champion user experience: Advocate for user-centric design decisions across the organisation
