The Opportunity
We're looking for a Creative Designer who lives and breathes social media aesthetics, understands what makes people stop mid-scroll, and can translate a travel itinerary into a visually irresistible story. You'll own the creative output across our social and performance marketing channels, designing content that doesn't just look good, but converts.
What You'll Do
šØ Brand Creatives - Design Instagram carousels, reel covers, viral content formats, and engagement-first posts (think: "Europe under ā¹1.5L" or "10 bucket-list things to do in Switzerland").
š Performance Marketing Assets - Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, YouTube thumbnails, and landing pages. Aesthetics matter, but so does the CTR.
āļø Visual Travel Storytelling - Turn destinations into compelling narratives through itinerary visuals, route maps, experience highlights, price hooks, and travel hacks. Make people feel the trip before they book it.
š¤ Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with growth marketing, content, and product teams to turn briefs into high-performing creative assets.
š Experiment & Iterate - Constantly test new formats, hooks, and ad structures. Your success is measured by engagement, saves, shares, and leads generated.
What We're Looking For
ā 2ā5 years of experience in creative or social media design
ā Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
ā Strong grasp of social media formats, viral content structures, and ad creative principles ā An eye for what makes people click, save, and share
ā Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and take creative ownership
