About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual communication across digital, print, retail, and packaging. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution skills, and a passion for building impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging social media creatives and develop visual storytelling concepts that strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
- Design posters, billboards, hoardings, standees, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop retail store branding and Visual Merchandising (VM) graphics, including in-store communication, signage, display units, and promotional assets.
- Design catalogues, corporate presentations, product brochures, flyers, and other print materials.
- Create innovative and production-ready packaging designs, including labels, cartons, inserts, and product branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and print touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication while meeting project timelines.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, branding, and print production.
- Good knowledge of AI image generation tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns from idea to final artwork.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of print specifications, packaging artwork, and production processes is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in graphic design, branding.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, retail branding, and packaging design.
