What You’ll Be Doing

• Craft and execute strategies to grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
• You’ll create compelling content, manage campaigns, and drive engagement to connect with our audience.
• Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a warm, inclusive online community.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proven success managing campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Polish
• Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing ROI and tracking KPIs.
