Role Overview

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own the execution engine of our marketing team. You’ll turn ideas into action, strategy into systems, and vision into results—bringing momentum, structure, and precision to every campaign we launch.

This is not a reactive role. You’ll be trusted to lead, not micromanaged. You’ll proactively anticipate roadblocks, drive alignment across teams, and keep our marketing machine running smoothly—even as our Marketing Director prepares for maternity leave. We need someone who sees around corners, asks smart questions, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

Own Campaign Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of product launches, lifecycle marketing, paid media, and content rollouts.

Run the Marketing Calendar

  • Maintain and optimize our campaign calendar—ensuring every piece is sequenced, staffed, and delivered on time.

Manage Photo Shoot Campaigns

  • Work alongside the Creative Director and agency team to plan and execute monthly campaigns.

Manage & Grow Social Media Presence

  • Own the day-to-day execution and growth of Three Nails’ social media across platforms including Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok. You’ll manage the content calendar, coordinate with creative, publish posts, monitor engagement, and track performance. Your goal: increase reach, build community, and support broader campaign goals with a consistent, purpose-driven presence.

Manage Athlete & Influencer Partnerships

  • Grow and manage relationships with aligned athletes, creators, and influencers. Coordinate product seeding, track engagement and impact, and build repeatable systems to expand our partnership network. Ensure every partnership reflects our values, strengthens brand credibility, and drives real connection with our audience.

Coordinate the Team

  • Lead weekly standups, assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and keep teammates accountable and aligned.

Drive Strategic Follow-Through

  • Translate marketing strategy into detailed briefs, checklists, and workflows using ClickUp or another PM tool.

Build Repeatable Systems

  • Spot bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and scale operational systems that improve team performance.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align with Product, Ops, and CX to ensure campaigns are cohesive, cross-functional, and on-brand.

Requirements

  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in marketing ops, project management, or digital production (DTC/eCommerce preferred)

  • You’ve worked with athletes, influencers or creators and know how to build mutually valuable, on-brand partnerships at scale

  • You have hands-on experience managing and growing brand social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—with a sharp eye for timing, tone, and audience engagement

  • You don’t wait to be told what to do—you chase clarity, ask smart questions, and keep things moving

  • You’re proactive, anticipatory, and love turning chaos into calm

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and tight timelines

  • You’re fluent in tools like ClickUp, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, Instagram, and TikTok

  • You bring strong communication skills and a get-it-done attitude

  • You’re passionate about faith, purpose, and making a meaningful impact through your work

  • Bonus: You’ve worked in fashion, fitness, or other values-based brands

  • You own the marketing calendar and drive clarity across the team

  • The Marketing Director is fully supported and able to step away from execution with confidence
