Framer Designer

Framer Designer (Middle / Middle+) — Remote

Three Legs Studio is looking for a talented Framer Designer to join our growing remote team. We’re a design-led studio specializing in modern UI/UX, interactive websites, and smart product experiences for international clients.

This role is ideal for designers who thrive in Framer, understand modern web aesthetics, and are comfortable collaborating in fast-moving environments.

🔧 What you’ll do

• Design and build responsive websites in Framer from scratch
• Collaborate with the core team (PMs, founders, and other designers) on creative concepts and design sprints
• Translate Figma designs or visual directions into dynamic and interactive Framer sites
• Optimize for responsiveness, animation performance, and clarity of storytelling
• Contribute to design systems, templates, and reusable components

✅ We’re looking for someone who

• Has 1–3 years of professional experience in digital product or marketing/web design
• Is confident using Framer (Sites) as a primary tool — including interactions, CMS, components
• Has a good eye for layout, typography, color, and rhythm
• Understands how modern landing pages and web apps are structured
• Can work independently and manage their own time in a remote setup
• Speaks Russian fluently and reads/understands English confidently

💼 Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Figma → Framer workflow
• Experience designing for SaaS, startups, or digital products
• Basic understanding of conversion-driven design (CRO, A/B testing)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals (even at a basic level)
