Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with exposure to AI-powered design tools to create high-quality, innovative, and engaging creatives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, and email templates

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to understand requirements

• Create visually engaging content for digital campaigns

• Use AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Prepare final design files for digital and print use

• Stay updated with design trends and emerging AI technologies

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in:

o Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o CorelDRAW

o Canva

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout

AI Skills (Mandatory / Good to Have)

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI design tools such as:

o Adobe Firefly

o Midjourney

o DALL·E

o Canva AI

• Ability to use AI tools for:

o Image generation and enhancement

o Background removal and editing

o Creative concept generation

• Basic understanding of prompt writing for AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience (internship/freelance/full-time)

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work

• Good communication and teamwork skill
