We are looking for a creative, culturally aware, and commercially driven Content & Social Marketing Strategist to lead our brand storytelling, digital marketing, and 360 content strategy. This role isn't just about posting – it's about strategic storytelling, audience obsession, and data-led direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand tone of voice, SEO-driven content, and digital marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do
1. Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead a 360° content strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.
- Craft compelling copy across the website, emails, blog, and paid media.
- Define and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Plan and manage editorial calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, performance, and merchandising teams.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and is optimized for discovery.
2. Social Media Strategy
- Design and execute social strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms.
- Manage content across SEO, social media, Email, Affiliates, and Paid Advertising, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Use audience insights, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to stay ahead of the digital curve.
- Partner with creatives to produce engaging social-first content (static, video, UGC, etc.).
- Define KPIs and analyze performance across organic and paid campaigns.
- Lead brainstorms, strategy sessions, and client presentations.
What You Bring
- 3–7 years’ experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or social media strategy.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and social-first content.
- Deep understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, audience behaviors, and emerging trends.
- Strong communication skills – you can turn insights into ideas and ideas into results.
- Bonus : Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and influencer/affiliate content strategies.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B brands is a plus.
