About Us

We are an internationally active software company headquartered in Berlin. As part of Cortado Holding AG, ThinPrint GmbH has been developing specialized printing solutions for over two decades – secure, efficient, and reliable. Our on-premises software is used worldwide and optimizes printing processes in demanding IT environments. To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an experienced software developer with a focus on C# and C++ who will help shape and further develop our products.

Your Role as a Software Developer

As a member of our team, you will develop robust and scalable software solutions for complex print environments. You will contribute your technical expertise in C# and C++ to implement innovative features, improve existing applications, and continuously optimize software quality. In doing so, you will work closely with product management, QA, and support.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize our software products with a focus on C# and C++
• Design and implement efficient, reliable, and maintainable code
• Participate in agile project teams and contribute to design decisions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Analyze and fix bugs as well as optimize performance of existing applications
• Support the creation of technical documentation
• Collaborate with product management to define new requirements and features

Your Profile – Must-Haves

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in software development with C# and/or C++
• Practical experience with development tools, AI, and frameworks (e.g., Visual Studio, Git, .NET Framework)
• Knowledge of software architecture and object-oriented design
• Analytical and structured thinking, as well as ability to work independently
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Permanent residence in Portugal

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in printing technologies or network protocols
• Knowledge of performance optimization and memory management
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
