Overview

Join our cutting-edge enterprise product startup building next-gen generative AI tools powered by GPT‑4 or Claude. In this hands-on role, you will architect, prototype, and deliver elegant UX for AI-driven interfaces, conversational agents, and prompt-centric workflows that empower enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for generative AI experiences
• Drive user flows, prompt interactions, agentic interfaces, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) modules from low-fidelity sketches to final UI designs.
• Rapid prototyping and user validation
• Create interactive prototypes (Figma, Framer, Protopie, etc.), run A/B tests, and iterate based on real user behavior and feedback.
• Design systems & UI consistency
• Develop and maintain component libraries and style systems to ensure predictable, scalable, and pixel-perfect enterprise UX.
• Design research and testing
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations with enterprise users to inform AI behavior and trust in UI interfaces.
• Collaborative execution
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate feature requirements into intuitive, high-trust design experiences.
• Present and evangelize design decisions
• Articulate your design rationale clearly using data and user insights; advocate best practices and craft UX storytelling across teams.

Must-Have Expertise & Skills

• Minimum 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise-facing products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma—including building interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, collaborative libraries. Familiarity with tools like Sketch, XD, InVision, Protopie, or Framer is highly preferred.
• Strong visual and interaction design instincts, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design, user flows, and interfaces.
• Experience with generative-AI user experiences, including prompt-based interactions, conversational flows, or agent interfaces.
• Hands-on prototyping and iteration, including structured A/B testing, user feedback loops, and usability refinement.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to present design strategy and storytelling to non-design stakeholders.
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable taking ambiguity and driving design direction in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Have Attributes

• Interest or experience in AI/ML interfaces, contextual prompting, or display of model responses.
• Understanding of RAG pipelines or retrieval-driven UX flows.
• Familiarity with design implications for trust, transparency, and model behavior in AI experience design.
• Prior exposure to enterprise SaaS workflows, data visualization or contributor tool design.
