Think-Traffic is seeking a highly motivated, digital savvy Marketing Account Executive with a minimum of 3–5 years of agency experience and 2–3 years of casino marketing expertise to join our growing team. This is a critical role that connects our clients and internal teams, ensuring strategy, execution, and communication are seamless and effective.

As an Account Executive, you are the primary client contact and the central coordinator inside the agency. You are relied upon to anticipate needs, raise flags early, and keep both projects and relationships on track. You thrive on details, communicate with clarity, and take ownership of outcomes, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met and exceeded.

This role is not just about keeping projects moving, it’s about driving growth, raising expectations, and helping both clients and the agency succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the direct client contact, building relationships, understanding business goals, and earning trust.
  • Account Management: Monitor the health of accounts, raising flags for issues and opportunities, setting high expectations, and consistently exceeding them. Communicate clearly and frequently to ensure alignment.
  • Agency Representation: Represent Think-Traffic with confidence and professionalism to clients, media partners, and vendors.
  • Strategic Support: Write effective marketing plans, creative briefs, and work orders that provide clear direction for teams.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate and analyze reports, turning data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management: Manage campaign deliverables, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgets with accuracy, ensure projects are billed correctly and on time, follow up on outstanding invoices with accounting, review hours monthly against retainers/project fees, and maintain overall financial health of accounts.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the go-to problem solver for clients, knowing when to escalate or involve subject matter experts.
  • Workflow Oversight: Manage daily WIP reports, assign tasks, oversee freelance support, request estimates, process approvals and POs, and ensure proofreading and quality control before delivery.
  • Quality & Brand Alignment: Review creative and strategic output to ensure it meets objectives, aligns with client strategy, and reflects the agency’s standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of agency or communications industry experience across paid, earned, and owned media (advertising, digital, social, SEM/SEO, sponsorships, PR, creative/content, research, agency finance).
  • 2–3 years of casino marketing experience, or other fast-paced industry experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, strategy, and planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • A true self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal direction, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to provide solutions without supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously, under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented project management experience
  • Proficiency with Mac (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote).
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence that motivates teammates and guides clients with confidence.
  • Strong ability to educate, train, and persuade across both client and internal teams.

If you’re ready to take ownership, deliver meaningful impact, and grow with a team that values excellence, we want to hear from you. Please email your cover letter and resume to info@think-traffic.com.
