Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Footwear Graphic Designer who understands sneaker culture, fashion aesthetics, color storytelling, and youth trends. The role involves creating graphics, print concepts, branding elements, and visual directions for footwear collections and related brand assets.

This is not a purely technical execution role — we want someone with strong taste, originality, and the ability to create designs that people instantly notice and want to wear.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design graphics, prints, patterns, and visual concepts for footwear collections

·        Develop trend-led concepts aligned with global streetwear and fashion culture

·        Create artwork placements for sneakers, slides, clogs, and lifestyle footwear

·        Work closely with product/design teams to translate concepts into production-ready designs

·        Create moodboards, color stories, typography explorations, and graphic themes

·        Research market trends, sneaker culture, youth fashion, and emerging aesthetics

·        Prepare mockups, presentations, and design files for sampling and manufacturing

·        Contribute to packaging graphics, branding elements, and campaign visuals when required

·        Ensure designs align with TheWhitePole’s bold and non-boring identity

Requirements

·        1–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in footwear/fashion/streetwear

·        Strong understanding of sneaker aesthetics and youth fashion trends

·        Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

·        Good sense of color combinations, typography, and composition

·        Ability to create original graphics and commercially appealing designs

·        Understanding of print techniques, textures, and material applications is a plus

·        Strong portfolio showcasing fashion, footwear, or streetwear-oriented work

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment

Preferred

·        Experience in footwear/apparel graphic design

·        Knowledge of tech packs/mockups

·        Interest in sneaker culture, fashion, music, and internet trends

·        Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus
