UI/UX Designer

TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers in the world, producing entertaining and positive online content for more than 2 billion followers across the globe. We are the company behind the massively popular 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational Bright Side, and many other successful channels on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

We are currently looking for a strong and reliable Middle+/Senior UI/UX Designer to join our IT department remotely. You’ll be working with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the product director to support ongoing projects, helping bring clarity and closure to multiple design initiatives across our internal systems and tools.

What you will do:

• Create UX solutions across multiple projects;
• Support the design of user interfaces, flows, and wireframes under guidance;
• Enhance the design system and sync with developers;
• Conduct research or usability testing tasks when needed;
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, business stakeholders, and users;
• Promote design thinking and a user-centric approach.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS;
• UX research conducting experience;
• Strong skills in Figma or similar design tools;
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed;
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Systems thinking and analytical skills;
• Good command of both, English and Russian languages;
• Portfolio is required (preferably SaaS, ERP, E-com, FinTech, MediaTech).
