We are now looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative team and help produce engaging, high-quality content viewed by millions across social media and streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative producers and editors to develop visually engaging motion graphics and animations.

• Design and animate 2D graphics, title sequences, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.

• Edit and enhance video content by integrating audio, voiceovers, and other visual elements.

• Develop creative concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.

• Ensure all deliverables are consistent, on-brand, and meet quality standards.

• Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet production deadlines.

• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and viral visual styles.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your best motion graphics and animations.
• Solid understanding of Motion animation techniques.
• Experience with video editing and sound design.
• A knack for coming up with innovative ideas and unique visual solutions.
• Keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and design consistency.
• Passionate about storytelling and creating engaging visual content.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and how to create content that resonates.
• Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on input from team members and clients.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow, staying curious and open-minded.
• Understanding of how the blockchain industry works and how to visually communicate complex concepts.
• Interest in gaming, pop culture, or other relevant areas that can inspire your work.
